WORKERS TO BE PAID SOON -TAU

Maseru, Mar. 20 — All “Tsoha u iketsetse” workers, who have not been paid and their names appear on a list that was submitted to the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning will be paid immediately when the money reflects into Disaster Management Authority (DMA) account.

This was said by the Minister in the Prime Minister’s office Mr. Limpho Tau when responding to a question asked by Phamong Member of Parliament Mrs. Marefuoe ‘Muso regarding people who worked in the “Tsoha u iketsetse” programme at Lithipeng Local Council in Phamong Constituency, who have not been paid.

Mr. Tau said the Ministry of Finance promised to allocate M102 Million to DMA but only managed to allocate M50,8 Million which was intended to pay workers and implement all objectives of the programme…
