Maseru, Aug.03 — In commemoration of Africa’s women day and African Women’s Month, the Deputy Chairperson of MISA-Lesotho Mrs Celinah Leteketa has appreciated and honoured women taking the lead in the media industry.
In her statement that was released on Wednesday, Mrs Leteketa indicated that amongst recognised women in Media are the Director of the Lesotho News Agency (LENA) Mrs. Moroa Mopeli, the award-winning journalist Ms. Pulane Ntjantja, a podcast host Ms. Joyce Ramorara, an Author Ms. Pascalina Kabi as well as Ms. Lerato Matheka who is a publisher.
In her remarks, the Deputy Chairperson Mrs. Celina Leteketa stated that the collective dedication to the cause of gender equality is reflected in the ongoing efforts to create an environment where women in the media sector can thrive and excel. . .
