Maseru, Jun.18 — Vodacom Lesotho has, on Wednesday, unveiled Consumer Protection Code which is designed to empower customers and safeguard their rights.
According to the Manager Public Relations and Corporate Communication, Mr. Lebohang Chefa the code is intended to guarantee access to services, freedom of choice, clear and transparent agreements, accurate billing, consumer education, privacy protection, fair treatment, prevention of market abuse, and an effective grievance resolution mechanisms.
Executive Head of External Affairs and Regulatory, Mr. Ts’epo Ntaopane said the implementation of the code which is in both English and Sesotho, the company underscores ensuring that every interaction with services is marked by integrity, transparency, and respect among all people who engage with the brand. . .
