UniPOD DEBATE CONTINUES

Maseru, Feb. 21 – Experts in different spheres shared their different  perceptions from idea development to execution, in as far as Lerotholi Polytechnic (LP) UniPOD is concerned.

This  happened after the launch of the innovation hub at LP premises on Friday, where Ms. Mphonyane Telikhunoane of World Bank strongly called for youth entrepreneurs’ idea protection if the UniPOD is to attain results.

“Let us capacitate our Judiciary for compliance, ensure that Intellectual Property Rights is effectively implemented”, she said.

In the same note, Mr. Thabo Qhesi of Private Sector Foundation noted that Agenda 2063 highlights science, research, technology  and innovation as critical aspects, thus the UniPOD is a step towards development…
