Maseru, April 18 — The office of Maseru District Administrator (DA) and their Mantsopa Municipality counterparts in the Free State are working on reviving the Two Nations sporting activities between these two neighbouring nations in October this year.
DA’s Office Information Officer in Maseru, Mr. Lisema Nchoba told the Agency on Thursday that a series of meetings are being held between DA and Mantsopa Municipality offices where they are brainstorming about the revival of this event.
“We have basically proposed a tentative date of October this year in which this historic event will be staged,” he commented.
Mr. Nchoba explained that the planned events include a marathon which will kick start in the Free State Province in South Africa and finishes at Thaba Bosiu, which is a fortress for the Basotho nation.
