Qacha’s Nek, May.30 — Neo Heqoa (35), Lindelane Nqanga (35) and Mziwulingena Nqaga of Liqalabeng are in trouble in connection with the murder of Matlole Moshoeshoe of ‘Melikane Ha Seketane and assaulting Ndaba Maqhobalo, Lonzane Moloi and Mlunzize Moloi with stones, Poti and Mabetlela sticks on March 09.
The trio have been remanded in custody after a brief appearance before the Qacha’s Nek Magistrate Court Senior Magistrate Ts’eliso Bale to face murder charge and assault.
The accused will be back in court on June 04.
The Agency heard that they were arrested following the contravention of Section 40 (1)of the Penal Code Act No.6 of 2010, acting unlawfully and with intent to kill when assaulting the deceased by inflicting upon him serious wounds on his head and both eyes from which he died on the spot. . .
