TRIAL  SUFFERS FURTHER BLOW 


                 
Maseru, Oct.14—Progress in a case in which four members of the Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) are charged with the murder of Police Constable Mokalekale Khetheng continues to suffer a blow as problems with funds remain unresolved. 

The case which was last week postponed on Monday and Wednesday respectively, as payment of pro deo fees for defence lawyers was pending, was today postponed again and will continue on Friday this week. 

The court was told that preparations for payment of the pro deo fees is currently underway. It was further told that arrangements for securing funds for processing of subpoenas, which has also been a problem, are also in progress…
