TREASON TRIAL SET TO PROCEED 

Maseru, May 26 — Following lengthy delays, a case in which two politicians and some army members are among others charged with treason is expected to proceed on Monday next week before the High Court. 

The case was initially allocated to one of the foreign judges appointed for high profile cases, Justice Onkemetse Tshosa who eventually resigned. Following his resignation, the case was allocated to Chief Justice Sakoane Sakoane who was recused and it was allocated to Justice Maliepollo Makhetha.
