Maseru, Dec. 02 — Suspended Secretary General of the Basotho Action Party (BAP) together with Marathane Ntsaba, Chairperson of the Teyateyaneng Constituency within the party, have succeeded in blocking a special conference called by the party after the High Court issued an interim order in their favour.
The duo approached the High Court on urgent basis challenging the calling of the conference which was scheduled for today and they argued that it was irregular, adding that it was contrary to the constitution of the party.
The respondents in the matter are the BAP, Prof. Nqosa Mahao who is the leader of the party together with the Central Executive Committee of the BAP and they have been cited as first to third respondents.
