Berea, Sept 23—Berea police have launched investigations following an incident whereby a taxi marshal was shot dead on Sunday along with other two people who sustained injuries near Teyateyaneng taxi rank.
This was confirmed by the Officer Commanding Berea Police Station Senior Superintendent (Snr Supt) Kabelo Halahala on Monday during an interview with the Agency.
Snr Supt Halahala said the police preliminary investigations revealed that there was an unknown person who was playing a table pool during the day with others near the taxi rank, then upon arrival of the taxi marshal with a passenger taxi between 5pm to 6pm, the perpetrator started to shoot him…
