Maseru, Dec. 16—It seems it is time for members of the Basotho Action Party (BAP) to choose sides and to choose wisely.
This is evident from the way constituencies are declaring their support either for the Party Leader or the Deputy Leader faction.
Mr. Motlatsi Maqelepo, a suspended deputy Leader has received sympathy from a number of constituencies while Professor Nqosa Mahao, the Leader, has also been sympathised with by others.
Maqelepo has been holding meetings with constituencies in different districts such as Berea, trying to garner enough support to press the Central Executive Committee (CEC) to call a special conference where it will be decided whether or not the party Leader made a right decision to leave the coalition government before he was expelled as Energy Minister…
