RFP DECISION TOO HARSH – MAPHALLA

Maseru, Aug.21—Former and long-time serving Member of Parliament (MP) Mr. Sello

Maphalla says Revolution For Prosperity (RFP) decision to suspend its members is  harsh.

RFP has over the weekend suspended two of its MPs, Dr. Mahali Phamotse of Matlakeng

constituency and Mr. Thuso Makhalanyane of Abia constituency for six years.

In an interview on Monday, Mr Maphalla  said  since this was the first offence for the suspended

MPs, the party through its executive committee should have issued the duo the warning.

He said  he believes that the party was ill-advised saying he suspects that whoever

advised did that for their own benefit and not of the RFP.
