Maseru, May 17 — Rapokolana Sports and Recreation centre remain unused and unbefitting facility for the community.
According to the community counsellor of the area, Mr. Mofolo Lecheko since its development the area has never been of any benefit to the community.
He indicated that the facility could be used to create employment for the community.
