QUTHING, EASTERN CAPE COMMITTEES MEET 

Quthing, July 14 — The Officer in charge of Stock theft Unit (STU) from Police Headquarters Senior Superintendent Mapesela Class has appealed to Quthing and Eastern Cape Crime Prevention Committees to implement their strategies to fight cross border stock theft inline Stock Theft Act.
