POWERING CHANGE EU, UNICEF LAUNCH INNOVATIVE ENERGY MODEL

Maseru, Mar. 14- In a groundbreaking effort to enhance the lives of children and families in Lesotho, the European Union (EU) has highlighted the introduction of an innovative energy model by UNICEF Lesotho as a key feature of the #NtlafatsaBana initiative.

This model, part of the broader #EquitableLesotho campaign, aims to provide sustainable energy solutions that will enable households to access cleaner and more efficient sources of energy.

With many families in Lesotho facing significant challenges due to reliance on traditional and polluting energy sources, this innovative approach seeks to transform daily life and promote healthier environments.

In a statement EU explained that by integrating renewable energy solutions, the initiative is not only addressing the immediate energy needs of households but also contributing to long-term sustainability goals.

The energy model is designed to prioritize accessibility and affordability, ensuring that even the most vulnerable families can benefit from modern energy solutions. This forward-thinking initiative aligns with global efforts to transition to renewable energy, addressing both social and environmental concerns simultaneously. . .
