Maseru, Feb.20—Minister of Public Service says that the government has made progress in the implementation of the Performance Management System.
The Performance Management System was established in line with Public Service Act 2005, Regulations 2008 Basic conditions of Employment 2011
Mr. Stephen Mputi said senior government officials have already filled in the forms. “We have made progress in implementing this system such that even the Prime Minister, Cabinet Ministers and Principal Secretaries have filled the forms. We are now moving to Directors then from there it will be public servants in different grades”, he said…
