Maseru,Aug 03– A case in which four police officers are charged with the murder of their colleague Police Constable Mokalekale Khetheng was on Thursday set down to September 05 to 28 with exclusion of September 22 2023 for continuation.
The matter was on Monday expected to proceed but could not due to unavailability of a presiding judge Justice Charles Hungwe. A judge who was sitting-in for the presiding judge on Monday, Justice Mafelile Ralebese, stated that the matter cannot proceed because the presiding judge had a funeral at his home in Zimbabwe.
