NEED FOR LEADERSHIP DIALOGUE TO FACE CHALLENGES AFFECTING LESOTHO

Maseru, Sept. 24– In recognition of the milestone of the 200 years of the founding of the Basotho nation, Senator Mabataung Mokhathali has moved the motion urging the Government to convene a dialogue which shall be graced by all leaders in the country.

Senator Mokhathali said the leadership dialogue should encompass all faith-based institutions, Members of Parliament, Academia, Civil Society and other diverse groups of society.

She said this proposed assembly will allow all mentioned leaders an opportunity to join forces, share ideas and deliberate on possible remedial actions against miscellaneous challenges across communities in Lesotho.
