MURDER CASE AGAINST ARMY MEMBERS GETS NEW DATE 

Maseru, Aug. 08 — Hearing of a case in which some army members are charged with the murder of Lisebo Tang, which occurred near the residence of Former Army Commander Tlali Kamoli in 2014 has been scheduled to continue on November 12, 2024. 

Among the people who have already testified in this case is Tsepo Jane who was in the company of the deceased when the incident occurred. 

In his evidence, Jane related to the court how he and the deceased were shot while he had made a stop near the home of Kamoli on the night of the fateful day.

He testified that they were shot by army members, adding that they were both taken to Makoanyane Military Hospital where he was treated and later learned that Tang had died. He added that his medical expenses were covered by the army.
