MOVE TO IMPROVE COLLAPSING SERVICE DELIVERY

Qacha’s Nek, June.17– In a bid to improve collapsing service delivery, the Lesotho Institute of Public Administration and Management (LIPAM) under the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Employment officials have today launched a week-long survey on skills gap and training needs of civil servants in Lesotho.

According to Mr. Mofasuoa Mokeretla, LIPAM official, the study follows an outcry about poor service delivery in the country.

He said this initiative forms part of their process to redesign their existing training programmes to meet public servant’s needs. . .
