Maseru,Feb.23—A series of mixed emotions was observed from various people residing at Ha Ts’osane near the dump site after the Minister of Finance and Development Planning Dr. Rets’elisitsoe Matlanyane during the 2025/26 budget presentation announced of the government’s plan to move the site.
Speaking in an interview with the Agency on Sunday, Mr. Motlatsi Ntaote said this move is going to help them as for the longest time, it has imposed some health threats for them.
He indicated that the move will not only have a health impact to them but also the site can be used for community rehabilitation projects…
