LRCS, LCS PLANT FOREST TREES AT THABANG

Mokhotlong Nov. 27 — The Lesotho Correctional Service (LCS) in Mokhotlong together with Lesotho Red Cross Society (LRCS) embarked on tree planting activity at Thabang, a village in the outskirts of Mokhotlong town on Tuesday.

The purpose was to join the rest of the world in marking Restorative Justice, one of the Senior Rehabilitation Officers Mrs. ‘Mampolokeng Khethang from LCS Mokhotlong has said.

Speaking at a public gathering held at Thabang that culminated in the planting of 250 forest trees, Mrs. Khethang said November is marked as the Restorative Justice month hence the initiative to further sensitise the public about Restorative Justice.
