LERIBE DEALS  WITH SHORTAGE OF ELECTRICITY

Leribe, Aug. 09 — Different non-governmental organizations and companies have called to support the Ministry of Home Affairs, Civil Registration in buying electricity to attain its daily duties.

This came up this week, when the Ministry indicated that it does not have electricity to run daily operations during the Heads of Departments meeting.

On behalf of the ministry at district level Mr. Relebohile Thulo said issuing of identity documents both in Hlotse and Maputsoe is on hold.

However, he said all other duties are going on in Maputsoe but for Hlotse everything is on stand still due to lack of electricity.
