LEGISLATION COMMITTEE REQUESTS DEFERMENT OF TAX ADMINISTRATION BILL, 2022


Maseru, May. 10– The Legislation Committee in the House of the Senate has made a request for deferment  of the Tax Administration Bill, 2022 which was presented before the house on Tuesday. 
In an interview with the Chairman of the Legislation Committee Mr. Seabata Motsamai said the committee has made recommendation to defer the Bill due to observations that Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) has failed to consult stakeholders during the development process of the Bill.
