Maseru, March 31– The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Mrs. Ts’epang Ts’ita Mosena has called on the Portfolio Committee on Law and Public Safety to work on the Bills in hand on time so that they could be debated in the House.
This she said in the National Assembly on Monday after a Member of Parliament Mr. Motlalepula Khahloe raised a concern over the Bills, which were presented in the House and are still not enacted, saying this leads to ongoing livestock theft and gender based violence.
Mrs. Mosena said she was aware that some Bills, which were presented before the House continue to pile up thus urged the relevant portfolio committee to do its work on time…
