LAUNCH OF LEARNING HUB, COMMEMORATION OF WORLD PREMATURITY DAY

Maseru, Nov. 22 — Minister of Health launched the learning hub and commemorated world prematurity day at Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital (QMMH) in Maseru.

According to the Minister of Health, Mr. Selibe Mochoboroane, has expressed deep concern over the country’s high maternal mortality rate, urging stakeholders to rally together in addressing this critical issue.

Speaking at an event commemorating World Prematurity Day, he emphasized that the ministry cannot tackle this challenge alone and called for collaborative efforts.

Mr. Mochoboroane highlighted the need for community engagement and capacity-building initiatives to improve maternal and child health outcomes.
