Maseru, Sept 22 — Basotho Action Party (BAP) Secretary General (SG) Mr. Lebohang Thotanyana, has rebuffed social media allegations that he is now a member of the ruling Revolution for Prosperity (RFP) political party.
“Being called names will not stop my firm sentiments that the current government led by Prime Minister (PM), Mr. Samuel Matekane has been elected by the people and should be allowed to rule,” the SG told the Agency in a telephonic interview on Friday.
He explained that the PM should not be kicked out but be supported to do his job so that if at the end of his term, he fails to deliver then the nation can judge him accordingly. “I am not an RFP member but this is my submission”.
