Maseru, Oct. 17 — Institutions of higher learning, Lesotho and Free State came together on Thursday at the National University of Lesotho (NUL) in commemoration of 200 years of Basotho nation building.
This is where Minister of Education, Professor Ntoi Rapapa emphasised the pivotal role that is played by communication and education in everyday life, pointing out that it is the responsibility of educators to foster a culture of unity and inclusivity as these were the values and principles that the founder of the Basotho nation went by.
He challenges educators to find ways on how best they can communicate so that the education system is that of inclusivity where no learner is left behind, adding, institutions of higher learning must be at the forefront of breaking stereotypes and barriers to education. . .
