Berea Mar 14 — The Berea Business Forum (BBF) launched in February this year, is now facing a huge problem in production of vegetables and fruits.
This was said by Ms. Mamoratuoa Ntšekhe the Secretary General of Berea Business Forum during an interview with the Agency on Friday.
Ms. Ntšekhe mentioned that the unpredictable weather patterns, including, heavy rains , floods and high temperatures are posing significant challenges for farmers in Berea.
Apart from that she mentioned that some crops like tomatoes and cabbage lose value due to heavy rains and as a result they fail to supply local businesses with fresh vegetables. . . .
