FCA TRAINS ROMA YOUTH

Maseru, Aug. 31 — Following its launch on July 31 in Maseru, Film for Community Action (FCA) is currently holding its second workshop for about 35 youth in Roma.

FCA is a program designed to empower young people in and out of school with lifeskills in decision making, negotiation, communication as well as improving their self-esteem. It is being steered by Khaya Holdings.

Speaking in an interview on Thursday, one of the facilitators and creatives Mr. Sello Makoae said that the workshop which started on Monday this week and will end on Friday, trains the participants on film production thus producer, writer, director, production designer, cinematography and acting.
