Maseru, Feb. 23 — Farmers have expressed appreciation and applauded those who would benefit from two large irrigation schemes to be commissioned by the government in Tsikoane, Leribe and Seaka, Quthing.
This, after the Minister of Finance and Development Planning revealed in the 2025/26 budget presentation that in response to the escalating impacts of climate change that adversely affect agricultural output, the government has intended to commission two large irrigation schemes , covering 250 hectares in Tsikoane and 200 hectares in Seaka, Quthing.
