Maseru, Feb. 26- The Road Fund Secretariat recently held a heartfelt farewell ceremony for two departing members of its Board of Directors, Mr Charles Mopeli and Mr Sechaba Thibeli. The event, attended by fellow Board members and the Management Team, marked the end of a significant chapter in the governance of the Road Fund.
Mr Mopeli and Mr Thibeli served on the Board for six years and three years, respectively, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and service.
