MASERU — As an initiative aimed at fostering community empowerment and social change, World Vision Lesotho is hosting a four-day Empowered World View (EWV) training program in Thaba Bosiu Cultural Village for 27 community leaders of Koeneng.
This diverse group includes influential figures such as faith leaders, area chiefs and local councillors who play crucial roles within their communities.
According to World Vision, the EWV training is a behavior change model specifically designed to help individuals break free from dependency mindsets and embrace a philosophy of individual empowerment.
Rooted in Biblical principles, the program facilitates deep exploration of essential themes such as personal identity, self-esteem, hope and vision for the future.
