E-SERVICE STRUCTURE UNVEILED

Maseru, Feb. 11 — The Lesotho Postal Services (LPS) under the Ministry of Information, Communication, Science, Technology and Innovation aspire to be a hub for E-government, E-Post, E-Commerce and digital financial transactions to enhance accessibility and efficiency.

This was said by Dr. Tiehi Mohapi, Director Operations at LPS when unveiling  LPS  E-Service structure at a one-day meeting for Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA’s) held in Maseru on Tuesday.

She stipulated that through the E-Service centres, government services offered by different Ministries and Agencies will be integrated so that the nation can easily access this information and services.

Meanwhile, participants at this meeting agreed that it was high time government Ministries modernised its service delivery landscape  in a bid to meet the demands of Basotho when it comes to services.
