Maseru, Mar.28—-Corporal Tjekane Sebolai and Private Selone Ratsiu who are charged with murder, attempted murder and malicious damage to property will on Monday next week know whether they have a case to answer or if they are discharged as the court will deliver its ruling on their application for discharge.
Their legal representative Advocate Sello Tsabeha has during arguments on the application stated that the prosecution has a duty to produce evidence favourable to the accused. He indicated that they however failed to present a conclusive report on ballistics tests. He added that they also failed to test a bullet that was found on the body of the deceased.
