Maseru, Nov.05—-Two brothers, Letlamoreng Ramalefane and Hareeng Ramalefane of Mohale’s Hoek who were found guilty on two counts of culpable homicide were on Tuesday directed by the High Court to compensate the family of one of the deceased.
The duo which was initially charged with the murder of their father Monaheng Ramalefane and his lover Masentle Ntjoko which occurred on February 09 2019, pleaded guilty to culpable homicide.
Evidence before court indicated that the deceased were having a fight and the two brothers intervened. It was stated that the woman was already injured when the brothers intervened and had a fight with their father. It was added that the brothers reported to their chief that they had a fight with their father.
