DMA TO HANDOVER HOUSES TO VULNERABLE FAMILIES

Botha-Bothe, Feb. 12 — The Disaster Management Authority (DMA) will hand over two houses to vulnerable families this Friday. The beneficiaries were affected by heavy rainfall in previous years.

Botha-Bothe District Disaster Manager, Ms. Mojabeng Mohloki, stated that the houses will be handed over by the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Mr. Limpho Tau, in the villages of Ha Belo and Lipelaneng.

“As part of this event, the Minister will also distribute survival packages to the two families with support from World Vision Lesotho. Additionally, he will distribute rice to 300 families in the Urban Council area, marking the launch of a broader food distribution initiative for vulnerable communities across the district,” she said. . .
