Quthing, March 10 — Members of the District Child Protection Team (DCPT) will hold a one day peer review meeting at Fuleng Guest House, Lower Moyeni on Thursday next week.
The meeting organized by district department of Social Development and Gender is intended to give attendants an opportunity to evaluate their child protection and care service delivery in the district for improvement where necessary.
In an interview with the Agency, the District Senior Child Welfare Officer, Mrs. Thato Masupha said the meeting will among others focus on service delivery and voice of the child, impact and performance, teamwork, capacity and management of resources.
She stated that attendants at the meeting will have open and honest discussion about their service delivery to help stakeholders to assess their strength and weakness on child protection. NK/TL
