Mokhotlong, April 03 — Catholic Relief Services (CRS) recognized teachers’ efforts and dedication by awarding them gifts to encourage them to enhance learners’ education.
Speaking at the event held by CRS Mrs. Irene Hlongwane, on behalf of the District Education Manager stated that for a learner to be nurtured well, it must begin at an early age, specifically from preschool and primary levels and with CRS’s help, this is achieved.
She thanked CRS for its outstanding contribution toward improving Mokhotlong’s education.
Commenting on food provision to schools, Mrs. Hlongwane said this will help learners to apply more effort toward their schoolwork because they would be fed. MB/TL
