COMMISSION OF INQUIRY RESUMES WORK

Maseru, May 02 — The newly established Commission of Inquiry will start hearing evidence on May 13 and all its proceedings will be staged at the Maseru Central Prison.

This was revealed by the Chairperson of the Commission Justice Realeboha Mathaba at the press conference held in Maseru on Thursday with the objective to enlighten the media on how the Commission will work.

Justice Mathaba indicated that the Commission, whose mandate is to investigate the circumstances that led to the escape and ill treatment of inmates during the search operation in December last year at Maseru Central Prison will commence work at 8:30 a.m until 16:30 p.m until it finishes its work. . .
