CHEVENING SCHOLARS CHAMPİON LANGUAGE LEARNING WITH UTALK

Maseru, Mar. 12 — In an inspiring display of cultural representation, two Chevening Scholars from Lesotho, Mr. Hlokomelang Rakojoana and Ms. Tlhaloso Mpopo, have taken on the roles of cultural ambassadors while pursuing their studies abroad.

Mr. Rakojoana is currently studying Data Science at Brunel University of London, while Ms. Mpopo is focusing on law at Nottingham Trent University. Their recent participation in the uTalk program comes at a momentous time, as Sesotho is set to be 159th language added to the platform’s impressive language offerings.

Founded in 1991 by entrepreneurs Dick Haveson and Andrew Ashe, uTalk is a dynamic language-learning platform designed for anyone looking to grasp key words and phrases in various languages.

With its user-friendly interface, the app is perfect for beginners aiming to establish a foundation in a new language and invaluable for intermediates wanting to polish their vocabulary and pronunciation. Importantly, uTalk now features over 100 languages, making it accessible to a diverse audience of learners. . .
