Maseru, March.04– The Principal Secretary (PS) of the Ministry of Tourism, Sports and Culture Mr. Pokello Mahlomola has shared light on speculations of suspension of the Chief Executive Officer of the Lesotho Tourism Development Corporation (LTDC) Mr. Molupe Pheko which is reported in a number of media publications.
Speaking in an interview with the Agency on Tuesday, Mr. Mahlomola said Mr. Pheko is on his 19 days annual leave which he is expected to return to work when such days are exhausted.
He indicated that though Mr. Pheko will be on leave, the Board of the corporation has decided to carry on with investigations on Mr. Pheko following the allegations related to misuse of the corporation’s funds and vehicles, recruitment procedures as well as costs on his travelling tours…
