ANOTHER COHORT OF VOLUNTEERS SWORN IN

Maseru, Dec.13 — At least 25 volunteers of the 92nd Cohort of the Peace corps who will be participating in the Education and Health sector were sworn in at the event held in Maseru   on Tuesday.

During this swearing in, King Letsie III said this event signifies partnership between Lesotho and the United States of America which needs to be celebrated as it signifies warm friendship.

He stated that this group will dedicate their life to Lesotho and Basotho to help them manage their everyday challenges in the fields of health and education.

King Letsie III said this will be a journey of challenges to which he said must be used as opportunities to help them grow. 

While administering the Oath of the Volunteers, the Charge D’affairs of the United States of America to Lesotho Mr. Thomas Haines said the swearing in of the volunteers signifies tangible evidence of the good partnership between the two countries. . .
