ALL CHILDREN MUST ACCESS EDUCATION – LEBITSA

Mokhotlong, July 03 — The Ministry of Gender, Youth and Social Development Data Clerk says every child has a right to access education despite their socio-economic status.

Mr. Moroke Lebitsa  made these remarks during a gathering prior to grants dispensation at Linakaneng within Menoaneng Council J04 on Tuesday.

He explained that after issuance of the grants that include a top-up of M1500.00 for school uniforms through World Bank Basic Education Strengthening Project (BESP), they will also visit schools to ensure that selected needy children have uniforms.

He added that working together with the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET), they are committed to strengthening access to education for all children hence the project.
