ACCUSED TO DENY GIVING ORDERS-LAWYER

Maseru, Mar.21— Advocate Letuka Molati, one of the defence lawyers in the ongoing Mohale Dam Murder Trial, has during cross-examination of Inspector Rapelang Nkeane, stated that one of the accused in this matter Captain Mahlehle Moeletsi will tell the court that he never ordered anyone to kill the deceased. 

This was following evidence that Sergeant Lekhooa Moepi, one of the accused, stated in his confession before a magistrate that after three men were kidnapped at Lakeside and Lekokoaneng they were taken to Setibing where Captain Moeletsi and Warrant Officer Sefako ordered that they be killed. It was revealed that he also confessed that the duo further ordered them to throw the bodies of the deceased into the Mohale Dam…
