ACCUSED SEEKS POSTPONEMENT 

Maseru, Sept.03—-Thabiso Lekitla, a Member of Parliament who is standing trial for murder, has on Tuesday asked for a postponement of the case so that he can find a legal representative. 

The accused was on Monday rejected by his lawyer Advocate Lepeli Molapo who stated that he can no longer represent him as he has not paid his legal fees.

Although the court ordered the lawyer to represent the accused pro-deo, the lawyer refused and the court directed that the Registrar of the High Court appoints another pro deo legal representative for the accused…
