QUTHING, EASTERN CAPE COMMITTEES MEET 

Quthing, July 14 — The Officer in charge of Stock theft Unit (STU) from Police Headquarters Senior Superintendent Mapesela Class has appealed to Quthing and Eastern Cape Crime Prevention Committees to implement their strategies to fight cross border stock theft inline Stock Theft Act.

Speaking at a meeting held at the District Administration (DA) hall to prevent cross border Stock theft along Quthing and Eastern border line, Senior Superintendent Class said different sections of Stock theft Act have all answers in response to the concerns committee from the two countries such as transportation of livestock by vehicles and driving the on foot. . .
