Maseru, April. 02 – The Minister of Natural Resources says, water treatment plant in Mokhotlong will be constructed this financial year in an attempt to address health hazards facing the community.
Minister Mohlomi Moleko said this when responding to question 57 by Senator Sehloho Monatsi during a question-and-answer session in the Senate on Wednesday.
He explained the issue of water and sanitation remains a commitment and mandate of the Ministry, saying he is aware that as a result of Lesotho Highlands Water Project phase ll, there are challenges as far as water waste is concerned.
