Maseru,April.02—Following the announcement by the Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) , a request of operation in Lesotho by an international network company Starlink, the local operating network company Vodacom Lesotho has voiced its concerns on this matter.
Speaking in an interview, the Executive Head of Regulatory and External Affairs at Vodacom Lesotho Mr. Ts’epo Ntaopane said the operation of Starlink in Lesotho is not a problem as long as the international company will abide by the regulations of data regulation within the country which will not leave Lesotho’s data exposed to the outside world…
