MISA HOLDS AGM

MASERU — Media Institute of Southern Africa (MISA) – Lesotho will hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Maseru on March 29.

MISA Chairperson Mr. Kananelo Boloetse told the Agency in an interview that the AGM will be held in accordance with the MISA-Lesotho constitution which provides that the AGM should be held annually before March 31.

He said the meeting will create a platform for members to discuss amongst others, MISA activities that were implemented since the last AGM to date as well as the financial report.

He said members will further discuss the amendment of MISA constitution as they identified some loopholes in the last AGM, indicating that the constitution has already been amended but it will be up to members if they adopt it or not. RL/TL
